Needed a shop close to home when my alternator started whining and battery light came on. Called up the shop and explained the problem over the phone. Scott asked a few questions and provided a quote - I was able to drop my Camry off at lunch. He was very kind and never once tried to up-sell or convince me I needed anything else done. Allison’s was able to replace my alternator in less than 24 hours for a reasonable price. Super happy with the experience and glad that I’ve found my new “go-to” auto shop in East Plano!

I went in for a free brake inspection, the mechanic was very honest and told me I had plenty of brake life left, and offered to show me pictures.

Very nice mechanics that take their work seriously. They carry top of the line products for even just an oil change. Very friendly and knowledgable. I found my new auto shop. There is a reason they have been in business since the 80’s. It doesn’t just happen by chance.

Been using these guys for over 15 years. They have done numerous repairs on my cars over the years including a Honda Odyssey, Honda Accord, Nissan Pathfinder, Acura MDX, and GMC Pickup. AC work, windshield replacements, numerous alternators, and other mechanical repairs and maintenance. Always fixed right, quickly and for a reasonable price. Randy once told us they could fix anything but a broken heart and he and his guys have proven that time and again over the years.

They offer fantastic customer service if you need your state inspection; they’re faster and have easy crate service. This was my first time going here. I enjoyed my experience. They are efficient.

I've been using Allison's for many years. I always loved Scott and Randy and was a bit concerned when they retired, but these newer guys, Michael and Ricky, are super awesome! As always, the mechanic staff in the shop is top-notch and does a great job!

No frills car mechanic shop. Work was done very well and on time. An actual full vehicle inspection was also performed, repairs needed were prioritized and discussed before work started. Good communication before, during, and after. More shops should be like this. Shuttle rides were provided to and from work.
